Returns & Refund Policy
At One Print Closer to Home, each purchase helps support our family’s journey toward creating a safe and stable home. Because of the nature of our products and services, all sales are final.
Physical Products
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, we want to make it right.
To begin a damaged-item claim:
- Email Kindylynn@oneprintclosertohome.com
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package
- Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging when possible
To qualify for a refund or replacement, we must receive the damaged item back before a refund or replacement can be processed. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Once the returned item has been received and reviewed, you may qualify for one of the following:
- A full refund
- A replacement item (if available)
Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not qualify for replacement or refund consideration.
Digital Products
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all digital product purchases are strictly non-refundable. No exceptions.
